Executive Biographies

Robert (Bob) Wenning – CEO/President/ConQuip, Inc. Chairman of the Board

Bob founded ConQuip, Inc. in August of 1994 and he brings nearly 30 years of engineering, management, research and development, and board leadership experience in the packaging and converting equipment industries. Prior to ConQuip, Bob started his career as a plant engineer with American Can Corporation and advanced to executive management positions with Guardian Packaging, James River Corporation and Harris and Bruno, Inc. before founding ConQuip, Inc. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Adam Zielenski – VP Sales & Marketing/ConQuip, Inc. Director

Adam joined ConQuip, Inc. in August of 1994 as a co-founder of the Company. Adam brings nearly 20 years of experience in the converting industry in all facets from research & development to plant management and sales. Adam started his career with Polyplastex International in research and development and advanced with the James River Corporation specializing in process development and production management and with Harris & Bruno Inc. sales before joining ConQuip, Inc. Adam earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Polymer Science from California State University, Chico.

Charles (Chuck) Novak – CFO/ConQuip, Inc. Director

Chuck joined ConQuip, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in August of 2008 and brings 35 years of financial management experience to the team. Chuck has more than 20 years of accounting and financial management experience with Hewlett-Packard and USCS as well as directing HealthTek, Inc., DeScribe,Inc., WebRaiser Technologies, Inc., Integrated Surgical Systems, Inc. and CUREXO Technologies, Inc. as their Chief Financial Officer. Chuck’s diverse experience includes management responsibilities with both small and large companies as well as private and public SEC reporting companies. Chuck earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lewis University, Lockport, Illinois.

Bruce Ballard – VP Strategic Integration/ConQuip, Inc. Director

Bruce joined ConQuip, Inc. in July of 2007 and brings 30 years of engineering, marketing, sales and executive management experience to the team. Bruce began his career as an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer before being recruited by Analog Devices where during a 15-year tenure he managed their largest world-wide account (Hewlett-Packard). Bruce progressed in executive management positions with Cirrus Logic, Level One Communications, Intel Corporation and Globespan/Virata before joining ConQuip, Inc. Bruce earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin and his MBA from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.

Raymond Kirchner– Engineering Manager

Ray joined ConQuip in 2010 bringing 20 years of engineering and manufacturing experience. Ray began his career as a controls engineer in 1990. Over the years, he has held various positions in engineering including machine control design and process development. In the manufacturing industry, Ray held various positions including overseeing factories with as many as 300 employees. Ray earned his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Buffalo and his MBA at University of North Carolina, Charlotte.

Lester (Les) Hite –Production Manager

Les joined ConQuip, Inc. in February of 1998 as Production Manager and brings 30 years of manufacturing and production management experience to the team. Les’s diverse experience, before joining the Company, includes the experience of working as a senior press operator, maintenance supervisor and press department manager with Custom Made Packaging and Flexpak of California.
